Twenty20 CMS - a big picture

Twenty20 makes it easy to track and allow stakeholders to collaborate through built in workflows.


Step 1: Create submittal register

Easily create the submittal register from the specbook.

Once your specifications are uploaded into Twenty20, you can select the specifications and quickly and easily create the submittal register - ready to request submittals from your subcontractors.


Step 2: Email request to upload details

The subcontractor will receive an email requesting that they upload their submittal details.

Once uploaded and verified by the Project Manager, the submittal will be set for review to the design team that was specified on the submittal.


Step 3: Sharing and collaboration

The project portal allows access to all project stakeholders that have been give security access to submittals.

In the portal, the stakeholders can view the submittals and their related information and attachments.  Viewers can also see the audit trail of the submittal, ball-in-court, and status of the submittal.

There is no additional license required for submittal collaborators.


Step 4: Submittal Log

The subcontractor will receive an email requesting that they upload their submittal details.

Once uploaded and verified by the Project Manager, the submittal will be set for review to the design team that was specified on the submittal.
